Our new security alarm or CCTV system come with a 3 years warranty providing they are serviced each year by Redline Electronics.

  • Alarm or CCTV System Service – £65.00 + VAT
  • Alarm & CCTV Service (Both Systems) – £80.00 + VAT
  • Batteries must be changed on wireless alarms every 2 years, costs below

After warranty care

After our 3 year warranty we offer standard servicing which can be done every 1-2 years. Batteries must be changed on wireless alarms every 2 years. We also offer an unlimited call out maintenance contract on alarms or CCTV, this cost is £80.00 + Vat per year and includes a service each year. This covers unlimited call outs in the system for labour, batteries are additional every 2 years for wireless alarms. If you have a Redline alarm and CCTV and would like to cover both for our maintenance this is £100.00 + Vat per year and includes a service each year.

Wireless Alarm Battery Replacement Costs

  • Wireless sensor batteries (motion sensors, door sensors, etc.) – £3.00 + VAT each
  • Outdoor wireless bell unit battery – £18.00 + VAT each
  • Wireless keypad battery – £10.00 + VAT each
  • Main control panel backup battery (typically replaced every four years) – £17.00 + VAT

Security System Upgrades

If you use a smartphone app for remote alarm control, there is a £15.00 + VAT annual subscription fee. CCTV apps do not require a subscription.

Important Maintenance Notice for Wireless Alarm Users

To keep your wireless alarm system running smoothly and avoid false alarms, batteries must be changed every two years. Regular maintenance ensures your security system remains reliable and effective.

Out-of-Hours Alarm Triggering

If your alarm goes off outside our working hours and you are unable to reset it, you will need to contact a 24-hour alarm company for round-the-clock emergency support.

Redline Electronics Warranty

Redline Electronics offers a 3-year warranty on security alarms and CCTV systems, provided that the system is serviced annually. This means two services within the 3-year period are required to maintain the warranty. The warranty covers system faults but does not cover accidental damage.

 

Once your three-year warranty expires, you can still service your system at the same competitive prices. However, without an active warranty, any system faults will incur additional repair costs.
